1.7 Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide:

  • Accurate venue information
  • Reliable communication details
  • Venue access during setup
  • Required local permissions
  • Adequate power supply
  • Suitable working conditions

Additional costs or delays caused by customer negligence remain the customer's responsibility.

1.8 Decoration and Service Variations

Customers acknowledge that event decorations are handcrafted and customized. Minor variations may occur in:

  • Fresh flowers
  • Balloon colors
  • Prop sizes
  • Decorative accessories

Catalog photographs are for reference only and exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

1.9 Event Execution

Ocanzia makes reasonable efforts to deliver services on time. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic
  • Severe weather
  • Venue regulations
  • Government restrictions
  • Public safety concerns
  • Force majeure events

Necessary on-site adjustments may be made to ensure safety and successful event execution.

1.10 Customer Conduct

Customers must maintain respectful and professional behavior. They must not:

  • Abuse staff or vendors
  • Threaten personnel
  • Damage equipment
  • Violate applicable laws

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Legal action
  • Termination of platform access

1.11 Photographs and Marketing Use

Unless customers opt out in writing before the event, they grant Ocanzia permission to use:

  • Event photographs
  • Videos
  • Testimonials
  • Related promotional material

These may be used for:

  • Marketing campaigns
  • Social media
  • Company portfolio
  • Advertising

Customers may request deletion of identifiable personal content.

1.12 Intellectual Property

All platform content remains the exclusive property of Ocanzia or its licensors, including:

  • Trademarks
  • Graphic designs
  • Layouts
  • Software
  • Algorithms
  • Text content

No material may be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

1.13 Third-Party Services

Certain services are provided by independent vendors. Although Ocanzia carefully selects providers, it does not guarantee:

  • Vendor availability
  • Performance beyond reasonable control
  • Third-party conduct

1.14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocanzia's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.

Ocanzia is not liable for:

1.15 Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ocanzia, its employees, directors, and affiliates from claims arising due to: Breach of these Terms, Customer negligence, or Violation of applicable laws.

1.16 Force Majeure

Ocanzia shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including:

  • Fires
  • Pandemics
  • Government lockdowns
  • Labor strikes
  • Power outages
  • Civil unrest

1.17 Termination

Ocanzia may suspend or terminate accounts immediately if:

Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities accrued before termination.

1.18 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the civil courts of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
